Repair existing sunroom, replace existing deck, build retaining wall and add concrete patio.

• Install new engineered helical piles for existing sunroom
• Replace existing deck with Trex Enhance Naturals Coastal Bluff
• Install new aluminum railing
• Build new 3′ high 14′ long retaining wall
• Pour new concrete patio underneath deck and sunroom
• Trench gutters away from house
