Build new deck with stairs leading to a new concrete patio.

Project Scope:

• Demo and dispose of old deck
• Pour new concrete patio approx 14’x24′ with monolithic piers for deck support
• Build new pressure treated deck 10’x10′
• New stairs to grade featuring a midspan landing
